Wish I could give zero stars. My Hyundai was having transmission issues, when I called to get it in for service they told me they couldn't get me in for 5 days. I asked the man if he has any idea what he think the issue would be or if it sounds safe to continue to drive for 5 more days, his response was very short and rude and then I basically got hung up on. I immediately called the east side Hyundai and explained the issues, and they were extremely helpful. The east side was also looking at a 4-5 day wait to get my car in but insisted that I do not continue to drive my car, to bring it to the service center and they would get me a loaner to drive. Took it to the east side Hyundai and had a great, fast, friendly and helpful experience! Even though I live on the west side I will continue to drive to the east side Hyundai for all my needs. GO TO THE EAST SIDE HYUNDAI LOCATION!!!! Much better customer service
