I am writing this review based on a showing only, I never rented from Mr. O'Connor. After contacting him over the phone, which was a 14 minute call itself, I arrived for my showing with my mom and my sister. The apartment itself was gorgeous. But the condescending nature of this man was appalling. He back talked my mother twice. Wouldn't you think you should placate to the mother so she is in your corner? After the showing I'm glad I reS the reviews because it reaffirmed the gut feeling that I would not want to rent from this man for a year or more.
