Horrible experience!!! We were supposed to stay the night with our girls and friends for her birthday tonight, well we are home. first when we got there to check in our room wasn't ready. alright but we were told 30 minutes, came back 40 minutes later to housekeeping in our room and waiting another 15 minutes. Then after being in our room for 2 hours gone swimming for 1.5, my husband got bit by something on the foot. looked down and there were TONS of ants on the floor next to the bed, by the night stand and on the bed! walked right up front and they didn't have an open room. well we weren't staying In that one so we are waiting to get refunded since the lady at the front was new and didn't know how. so they better be giving a FULL refund!!! must also add the broken window.
