You think you all could fix the roof!! Do you all think you can not leave people without a stove for two weeks and not have them having to eat fast food and waste money!?!? You all customer service sucks!! Water coming inside my room!! Gas leaking!! Fix your dam property !! You all are the worst land lords in history!! I'm making sure nobody ever rents from you horrible people again!!

The people who work in the office are always rude even when I'm just dropping off the rent. The property manager lies, doesn't care about tennants, neither does the building manager. I didn't have electricity for 12 hours once, the 24 hour emergency call line did NOT WORK, and I didn't get a call back about it until the afternoon the next day.
