WARNING WARNING WARNING!!!
They screwed up my order and didn't finish when they said they would. I went in the morning after my order was supposed to be ready and half of it was not done. They suggested that I come back that same afternoon to pick up the rest of my dry cleaning. It was not convenient due to my schedule, so I told the nice lady at the register that I pick the blouses up next Tuesday. While we were talking, the owner interrupted me (and her) repeatedly, raising his voice and causing confusion. I expressed my concern about splitting an order and losing pieces of clothing. The man (who I found out was the owner) interrupted me again and raising his voice said, "we don't lose any clothes". I told him to lower his voice and to stop interrupting me. He got really loud and started yelling at me. At this point, I just wanted to get my clothes and get out of there! I told him I wasn't okay with him yelling at me. I told him to give me my clothes and told him I would never be back. He continued to yell. The nice (now embarrassed) woman at the register got my clothes and told me they would only charge for the slacks. I tried to pay with a credit card and their card machine was broken. Luckily, I was able to pay cash. THE WHOLE TIME I WAS PAYING AND TRYING TO GET THE HECK OUT OF THERE, THE OWNER WAS YELLING. Unbelievable. Needless to say, I will never be back. Frankly, if that abusive owner had stayed out of it, I would have worked with the nice woman at the register and they would still have a customer.
