Although I've noticed improvement over the decades of going here, I still feel there should be a more streamlined service. The employees obviously must know their jobs and which forms must be filled out, etc. But they certainly don't need to look down upon us "regular folks" who don't know this stuff as part of our job descriptions. Then to find out you've filled out the incorrect form, and have to wait yet again. No thanks, I'll spend the extra $8.50 and visit a local kiosk to register my vehicle next time around.
