A pretty decent dealership, not a lot of used equipment or tractors offered at this location. The lot and office are very clean and organized. I went in for a parts emergency near closing time, there were 2 customers being helped at the parts desk and the secretary offered to help me. She found the part in the system fast. The part was only available at their Watertown location, she called the dealership told them my situation and asked if someone could stay later until I made the 20 minute trip down there to pick it up, which they did. I only had one bad experience with a younger person working the parts counter on a Saturday not greeting me or really helping me other than saying "this is all we have" in a tone and not suggesting another supplement. All my other experiences make up for that time though.
