Absolutely do not use this company for in home healthcare Steve the owner is completely unprofessional and will hang up on you when you call upset that your own mothers dignity is been stripped from her own home. Literally new employees show up with negative predispositions towards patients they have never even met. Saying "I have no clue what cares you need or what you'd like me to do but all I know is I'm not supposed to let you smoke" disgusting! When I brought this to steves attention he told me "your just upset and your making a mountain out of a molehill" no Steve to don't play around with my mothers dignity in her own home and I'm glad to see that you think her dignity is only a molehill for you perhaps you should find a new line of work if you don't care about your patients feelings or dignity. This company does not pay its employees good at all the care workers that are good leave for better pay. (They tell us why they are leaving) They can never seem to have a person in place for the week at hand and are always scrambling. Obviously a management issue I don't blame the care workers for leaving if the owner treats a patients family like this I can only imagine what the employees have to go through.
