Always have a pleasant experience there, Sandy, Tom, Loan, Henry, Phong and his wife could not be nicer. Never had a bad experience and they usually go out of their way to make your visit pleasant. It is usually better to have an appointment just like any other business. I have been to all the other salons in Manitowoc and VIP is consistently good.
