They had a used bike I really wanted. They were asking over blue book for it. The salesman I had to work with did a really good job. Very nice guy. I did get them to come down a little bit in price, down to the high blue book price. I would have been a happy customer even with getting a bike for high cost with a rusted chain that they would not replace and bent handle bars that they wouldn't do anything for. The main problem came a week after bought it when I noticed that the sub frame was busted and missing a big piece, so they straight sold an unsafe bike. The engine blew right after that. There was so much mud in the engine oil, which means they never changed the oil before settling it.
