Jessica and the guys are amazing! They are helpful, knowledgeable and very nice! My husband is 80 years old, and they have never failed to answer his questions in a way that it totally clear and concise!

Took an old Iphone 4s in to see if it still worked. The guy there showed little interest in helping me, plugged my phone into a charger, then ignored me. Fifteen minutes later he said the phone wasn't charging and was broke. I took it home and managed to find an old Iphone charger. Phone charges and works. What a joke.
