For people who call themselves tech professionals, they really need to up their game. I am tech savvy and I went there because I need some help with my laptop. The first guy I talked to had very little knowledge about computers and he was always mumbling and trying to look for the right words to use. He clearly wasn't experienced or he wasn't qualified enough to be a computer repair expert
