Valley View Apartments

I lived at Valley View about 5 years ago for a job relocation. Enjoyed living there very much. The pool was nice, it was nice to be able to enjoy late at night when kids had curfews. No issues until two weeks before move out, one of our two bikes were stolen from bike rack. Our lock was cut. Police report done, but of course nothing could be done about it. Also we had a glass top off my desk taken out from back of truck. Other than those two situations I enjoyed the amenities very much.

Their staff is consistently unprofessional and incompetent. They are also very rude; and act as though you’re “bothering” them when you have a serious problem concerning heat or water. I had also been stolen from twice within the first month of being here, and they did nothing about it. I will never live here again and I advise whoever is considering it not to.
