I visited this branch a couple of months back and spoke with Indigo who is a Personal Banker at this location. I wanted to be able to withdraw a large sum of cash on a certain date and was advised that I can call a couple of days ahead to request and it should work. The example that was given is that I can make a request Mon and pickup Wed. That simple.
However, when I called back (at a much earlier time than what she had previously advised) Indigo now says they cannot fulfill my request because they've already put in their cash orders for the week.
Looks to me as though they didn't want to make the effort to do it. Only thing she can do is make a courtesy call on the date that I need my money and even still, they're not sure if they'll have it. Well, that would risk my chances and be too late of a notice. Frustrated, I called another location and they said no problem, they could cover me right away. Simple as that!
Bottom line, if you need anything important done, don't waste your time going in to this location and to listen to their instructions because they probably don't know it themselves.
Update: I had to go back to this locatio because it was the closest to where I was going. There is a tall young man that works there and he's been very helpful and attentive. Know that he's trying his best. I appreciate it. If I can give 3.5 Stars I would.
