They misdeliver probably about 40% of my packages. I started having Amazon require a signature for every package because of their inability to properly read an address, but they started ignoring Amazon's instructions. If you're going to have incompetent, illiterate drivers, maybe at least have customer service that's helpful and open at reasonable hours. This area's UPS can't get anything right.
DON'T TRUST THEM WITH YOUR PACKAGE, THEY CAN'T EVEN KEEP TRACK OF MY CHECK I worked there as seasonal helper Originally was told there a weekly bonus from employment add and interview. At orentation was told single there would be a single bonus check(same amount that was originally stated to be weekly) the week after Christmas I couldn't get my last paycheck+ bonus from the driver like my other checks I had to drive 40 miles to ups location. AND MY BONUS WAS NOT ON THE CHECK. I was told it will come in next week, week after week. Mean while I was leaving messages and emails without receiving a response Then finally I called and and the Said they had it. I asked to mail it sense I had drove there once already for it and had to work during the marginal pickup time. They said it was mailed A week went by and I didn't receive it in the mail. Now they have no clue where it is or if they even had it in the first place. Hoping I get a solid answer soon along with my check. Ridiculous for a worldwide company.
