Bob from Ultra Fidelis did an install of 2 tvs - 65" mounted over a fireplace and 32" built into existing kitchen cabinets as well as 8 Sonos speakers including a sub and playbar, 2 apple tvs and a Sonos connect amp for existing garage speakers in a 110 year old east side home. He did this in one day with the help of his electrical contractors JRB Electric. On a scale from 1-10, I would give him a 20. Showed up on time. Was very personable and extremely accommodating. Everything worked great and everything looked great. It ran a couple hours over - not Bob's fault (Uverse's fault) and made absolutely sure I understood everything and was satisfied before he left.
