While my representative at this location was fantastic, and helpful, his manager was not. I worked with Ben B., who went out of his way to find solutions to the technical issues we ran into with the U-haul website, and was extremely polite and helpful throughout the process. However, the general manager at this location, Aaron W., was extremely rude. He walked out mid-conversation on two separate occasions - one of which he continued to mutter disparaging remarks as he left. He was more interested in describing the flaws of the system and situation than finding solutions. While I required storage facilities as part of this move, Aaron's demeanor and lack of professionalism led me to go elsewhere.
