Basement was waterproofed in 2011 but water started coming into our finished basement this May. Tri-State denied responsibility until presented with the original warranty, which I'd kept. The solution was to dig a tile trench through the center of the basement. The crew were not informed that the basement was finished, and were angry about the additional work it caused. The mess caused from jack-hammering, spilled concrete, and floor replacement caused much additional work and expense from us. We feel that Badger Basements would have been worth the extra cost.
