Tri City National Bank

Last year my husband wrote me a check. When I tried to deposit it, they refused because they couldn't contact him first (his account is with Tri City, also) My daughter will sign her checks over to me so I can deposit them into my account and they refused to accept them because she doesn't have an account with them. I didn't want cash back, I had enough money in my account to cover them, I would even expect them to put them on hold for a few days but to outright refuse to deposit paper checks constantly, is mind boggling. They've been my bank for over 20 years. If I were renting out my duplex, how would I deposit my renter's checks? If Landmark were closer to me I would drop Tri City in a heartbeat, I only stay with them because they are close. Never had any issues depositing checks with Landmark. If I could put 0 stars, I would. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Don't trust them with your license! They WILL lose it on you and then BS you and say they don't have it!
