I wouldn't tell anyone I know to get their computer get fix at this place. The longer they have your PC the more they'll charge you for the hourly in store services.
I took my laptop there and the guy told me they'll check within 2-3 days for diagnostic. When I go get my PC, the guy told me the price is 4 times the diagnostic fee ($35) and the guy told me the rest is in store hourly service fees. The more they keep on doing this, they shorter they'll be in business unless you people out there have too much money to give it to them...they'll be more than happy to fix your PC.
