Phenomenal Experience and exceptional customer service. I had the pleasure of meeting Sarina while in town for work. She noticed my shoes right away and was able to talk me into meeting her for a chance to see how she helps people on a daily basis improve their work & casual attire. Though I love shopping on my own and tailoring my own style it was awesome to work with Sarina in order to get those staple "power suits" and a few jackets that I know I can always rely on to make me feel confident on a day that I just don't have time to worry about my clothes. Sarina was knowledgeable about the products she carries, the changes that can be made and what would look best on me. More importantly, the few moments I spent with her that day brought a little bit of lighthearted joy during my somewhat chaotic day.
