AT&T Store

I have to tell anyone that either has ATT, or considering a wireless service. I strongly suggest that you talk with the people at the new ATT Store in Lake Geneva. They are located at, 281 Edwards Blvd Lake Geneva. The staff at the lake Geneva store would not quit until my very complicated, long standing issue was resolved. I’m the past, I have spoken with numerous representatives over the phone at ATT and was not able to get complete resolution. The issues were taken care of in two parts, yesterday, by Noah R, Asst. store manager & Brandon H. & Jazmin C. & then today, the store manager wrapped it all up and fixed remaining issues. I am a very happy customer who has been with ATT for over 15 years and didn’t want to leave ATT but, if I couldn’t resolve the issues, I would have had to look for another wireless provider. The way you make a company successful Is when you have quality and professional customer service people like this group. Go into this store to resolve problems or set up service because they will have your back if you run into issues going forward. Thank you!!!! Noah, Brandon, Jazmin and the team leader, Henry. You guys didn’t give up and got it done for me. ATT is very blessed to have a group of professionals like these 4 representing the ATT name.
