My phone had stopped working out of nowhere so I went in to this location to see what was going on. The employees didn't even look at my phone when I told them the problem. I couldn't remember if I had insurance on the phone so they looked up my account and told me there was nothing they could do and then tried to sell me a $750 dollar phone. I obviously, didn't want to have to pay for a brand new phone on top of a phone that is defective. One employee was watching videos on his phone during my visit, which I find to be unprofessional. Went to a different location (Mayfair Mall), that actually gave me the time of day and found out I actually did have insurance and could replace the phone for $5 under warranty. Good thing I didn't buy a new phone! I'm upset because I don't feel like the employees even tried to help me out.
