I recently purchased a new phone. I clearly stated multiple times that I would like a new phone, case and screen protector...and No additional services. I was asked repeatedly about additional services again and again. The sales staff seemed fairly nice, a bit pushy, and not extremely knowledgeable about any technical questions...which gave me a feeling of doubt and uneasiness. The following day, I realized that the salesman signed me up (against my clear direction and without my understanding) for Jump, insurance and international calling. 3 items for an additional $32 per month. Please be aware of the shady sales tactics at this location. I will never go back to that location and will recommend to anyone to choose a different location. Additionally, the "new" salesman that put my screen protector on left 2 spots of dust under it and I see it all the time.
