I was in the area and have never been to this location before. As I pulled up, the manager came and greeted me. He let me know that it would be a 30 minute wait, but didn't want to deter me from staying. I chose to stay and I am glad I did. Service was quick, personable, and friendly. Derek even educated me on my vehicles unique GDI engine and some services that are recommended. He was not pushy whatsoever in trying to get me to purchase these. Rather, admitted that it wasn't necessary on this visit and educated me on when they should be done. I wish this was located near me becauseI would give them my business every time. One of the best experiences I've had while having my car worked on. Thank you!
