A well ran subway. Average floorspace compared to my personal experience. And they always do well by Whitewater Wrestling.

Very disappointed: stale/yesterdays bread, chicken was not fully heated, bbq sauce put on extremely sloppy. As a opener for a Subway in the new berlin area I was extremely disappointed with this joint. I ordered a little after 11am. By this time there should be fresh bread available! As an opener your first job is usually to prep bread, and make sure it's rising, so that you can put it in the oven about an hour later, and it will be ready for lunch service. The bread I got was dark brown and hard. Clearly from the day before. This ruined the sandwich. Also not to mention the worker did not fully cook my chicken. I somewhat understand as the ovens are hard to use sometimes, but still unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and head down the street to Jersey Mike's to get a good sub. Never had a problem there, and great service. Not going back to this joint again. Hopefully they get secret shopped soon so a district manager can hear about this and fix this place up.
