My moving experience was made much easier than anticipated. Everything worked as promised. It was easy to get in and out on the location. They had a dolly for convenience. The entire location was clean. There was salt to keep area ice free. The staff, especially Kara was polite, knowledgeable, and professional. I am very happy with my decision to go into contract with this company.

When you think of great customer service and experience, the "Self Storage" industry probably isn't the first industry to come to mind. But Kara at Storage Master in Waukesha rocked my Monday! I can't remember the last time I was so impressed as a customer. First of all, the "free truck with move-in" feature is awesome, and is unique to them. The trucks look like new, are clean and well taken care of. Pretty much a deal-sealer with that feature alone. The facility is clean, secure and easy to navigate. The whole process was easy and stress-free. Kara was so great to work with. She was accommodating to the specifics of our situation, knowledgable, super helpful and also I think the friendliest person I met this whole week. I will recommend anyone I know to go see her and use her store. Note to Owner: As a business owner myself, you want a manager who represents your business well, and treats the business like it is their own. Kara is the kind of manager you dream of. If there is a position above manager, she deserves a promotion. Thanks Kara!
