Rude barista in drive up window. Picking up a mobile order and bypassed the speaker accidentally. She lectured me about missing the speaker and next time I place a mobile order I should check in there first. I advised her there would be no next time so no need for her to worry. I normally tip, but not this time. If I could take back my order I would. I would have placed it in Oshkosh instead.
