Starbucks

Probably one of my worst experiences at this Starbucks today, I mobile ordered thinking it would be faster to get my drink. It says the wait is about 4-9 minutes so we get there and go inside. I was in there for about 25 minutes for a Carmel frappechino, at first they were busy so I was like okay fine but then it was slow for at least 10 minutes and they didn’t say anything to us at all.
