Starbucks

Customer service is not so great at this location. No eye contact when handing off beverages or thank you's. I was in a longer line waiting to order, watching the cashier sip on his drink while helping customers. Gross. Don't know who it was as he was not wearing a name tag.

Today my girlfriend and I were looking for newspapers and happen to grab a WSJ. Then an elderly employee went to snatch it out of my hands like I was about to steal it. I noticed her watching us the whole time but didn't think she would approach us in that matter. I hope starbucks really reviews these comments.
