Sprint Store

I was very reluctant to stop in here after reading all the bad reviews. I usually go to the Sprint store in Tosa. I was in here a total of 3 times in 2 days and the experience was great! 4 stars is due to Sprint policy NOT the customer service I received in this store. Sprint requires a drivers license to open my account which is insane. There are pins and security questions for a reason.... I don't need you scanning my drivers license every time I walk in your store SPRINT! 04/15 - guy working and repair tech answered a TON of questions I had on options for a replacement phone, and helped brainstorm on how to recover my data from the old damaged phone 04/16 - Store supervisor helped me and got me a new sim card which solved the problems I was having. Great customer service!
