Shawn and Michael were so helpful. We've been with Sprint for many years, but these two still surprised me. Not only did they bend over backwards to help us but they were both so friendly. I had broken my phone and I was not prepared. I became frustrated with the situation. Bless them, they worked hard to make sure that I was taken care of and that I got my new phone. They were timely and knew what they were doing. I couldn't have asked for better service.
