Always friendly always answering questions I have excellent in-store customer service never really had any problems with them

Not a fan. Felt rushed and was the only customer in the store! Boy that was supposed to help me stated that any information on the phone I was upgrading to from could not be transferred to my new phone because their machine was broken. There are many cell phone providers, he made me feel like doing research to find one who values their customers

In store customer service is nice. Sprint as a whole sucks. Switching to AT&T.
