Ordered an item on Ebay 2 years ago that I returned. I was blocked indefinitely despite a 30 day return policy. When I inquired why I was unable to purchase coins now owner responded "I can't afford to pay for people to look at my coins". Still blocked after 2 years and owner won't let me purchase something even without a return policy. They really care about their customers!
