My review is on Charter as a whole not the location in Stevens Point. I've held tv services from Dish, Comcast, and Charter. I never had issues from any when it comes to simply viewing my DVR or watching television except for Charter. I am constantly trying to watch my DVR and I get the message "We're sorry, something isn't working right. Call Charter". For starters that alone is frustrating, combine with with the fact that when you call you get a recording that says there are issues in your area. While watching tv there is a delay in the voices on the screen and your box ends up going through a 20 minute reset process and nothing ends up being resolved. If there was another option for television services I wouldn't hesitate to switch.
