Justin was our plumber, and Ryan and Emilio installed our furnace and air conditioner. They were all knowledgeable, polite, efficient, and completed the installation of our new water heater, furnace and air conditioner in less than eight hours. (Which is a big deal if you knew how small of a space they were working in in our townhouse.)They explained what they were doing, and made sure we understood how to manage everything before they left. (This included downloading apps on our phones, so we always have access to the status of our appliances.) They even left the basement cleaner than they found it! We are very pleased we hired Southport Heating, Plumbing, and Geothermal!

This is the third time using Southport. We appreciate their timely and honest service. Justin and his apprentice Hunter resolved our plumbing issue quickly as well as answered all of our questions. The prices are fair and we appreciated the same day service. We would continue to use Southport for future needs.

South Port is the real deal. They have done a lot of work making our basement remodel come together. The plumbing was a big part of this job. We got three quotes and South Port was thousands of dollars less than the other two. It started with digging up the floor and installing a drain for a free standing tub, moving a shower drain to the right spot and getting the drain vent pipe the builder’s plumber left above the floor below the floor. I didn’t want to put access panels in the ceiling for furnace dampers like the building inspector wanted. South Port moved them to the utility areas of the basement or to near the vent. When the walls were finally closed they came back and did the water and fixtures. They put in a water filter in the utility area for the kitchenette sink and even put in a whole basement shut off in the utility area. Didn’t know they were going to do that but it has proven very helpful already. The bath vent fan was installed but not vented out… Once again South Port handled it venting the fan out the side of the house. We have some really unique plumbing fixtures that were not standard install. The South Port technicians put it all together no complaints, no upcharges. One top was too thick for the drain basket. They actually made the drain basket longer by cutting one off and mounting it to another, an ingenious solution to a seemingly impossible problem. I had changed the April Air filter and the device wouldn’t work it was calling for a new filter. Tom, a plumber, took a look and reset it then showed me how to do it. Over six months I met four or five of their technicians. Every one of them was gracious and hard working. You can really tell they like the company they work for. Going to have them put in a backup generator and possibly on demand water heaters. Great company, highly recommend!
