There are many other places to live here (for right around the same price with many better amenities). All of their appliances are incredibly old and have many different issues. Their staff is incredibly rude and you are in for a real treat if you ever have to have the maintenance crew fix anything. Upon doing so, he will be incredibly rude to you and tell you how the issues are your doing and not at all because they are 25 yrs old. I had an issue the day I moved in and it took 3 weeks to fix. Soon, another issue happened and each time he went on and on about how it was my fault the appliances were having issues. The last time, I had to ask him to leave my apartment. Unless you work across the street at the oak creek diner, do not have a car, and are in a wheelchair and cannot walk, DO NOT LIVE HERE! I was new to the area and within a month I have found many other apartments for very similar prices that have all new appliances, that are larger apartments, and very clean and friendly staff. This has been the worst mistake I have made, but will learn from it. If you do not believe me, go across the street to the Oak Creek diner, or any business close to here and ask them what they have heard about this facility. I wish I would have done a little more research with surrounding companies and people who live in the area before I decided to live here, as most of the other reviews on here are by people who work at the company. The newer facilities look nice but do not have central air conditioning. The website only shows the new buildings and facilities and have went out of their way not to show the older facilities.
