I give this place three stars because the owner was impersonal. First, she kept forgetting who I was when we talked at least 5 times about the dog. Second, she was too busy to meet up with me so she sent her friend to drop off the dog. Third, she took almost a month to cash my check. Fourth, she didn't even ask me how the dog was doing after I got the dog. I actually had to call her and tell her how it was going. She only called me about the money. She did not cared about the dogs or follow up. The only good thing out of this process was getting the dog. I wish she cared more about her customers than the money.
