So so sad you will pay $9,000 a month so your loved one can be left in bed with no food until they get around to them.$9,000 a month to share a room and a bathroom to be ignored and well being put at risk, It is just another facility with a fancy cafe and fireplace to show you but the level of care is below standard!!! Management knows they have a problem with the CNA staff, but are to afraid to address the problems then they would have nobody left to work when they do show up. They should all be ashamed of how this place is run for that kind of money they should be over staffed everyday not understaffed! I plan to write a letter to the CEO myself the place is a business not a home!

Prior culinary aide, was told the Silverado way is to hunker down and say yes! If we have 2 hours in the day left, yet stocking takes 3 hours (which is Dining rooms duty, not Dishwasher) I'm supposed to "freaking sprint", well then still who would have delivered the food, and then after that, did the dishes of 80 residents that's still needed to be be fed at that point. but I'm "the reason there suffering". Give me a break I worked my last job for 2 1/2 years and quit because I take pride In my work and my hard work wasn't paying off, and now same as here. Dana the admistator here has no clue what is going on in the building but pretends to after working 15 minutes the whole day, and has shady tactics to try and fire people. Sadly I saw more "decent" caretakers fired for taking action while others play on there phone as residents wait to go to the bathroom. I thought I'd stay here a few more months until I join the navy but I'm not going to fear my job security for explaining something cannot physically be done, even though "I'll see what I can do" is not a sufficient answer. Too many times have we had to stay extra hours, even though OT isn't allowed or approved. These aren't workers faults, but managements, and they're very defensive when it comes to complaints.
