I just recently moved out of one of the Prosser Place apartments in Antigo (building is only a year old). I followed all move out instructions and left the apartment spotless, only to be charged an extra $59.59 for them to replace an A/C unit cover that shouldn’t have needed replacing. The foam that had been scratched out by my cat was very minor. I am a very particular person and even by my own standards, I do not see a point in paying almost 60 dollars to replace a piece of foam covered plastic. I would attach a photo of the A/C cover, but I don’t know that there’s a way to attach one to a google review. Feel free to check out their real estate company Facebook page though.
