Ruscello

This is one of my go to places, always known for consistently good food and great service. Well that changed tonight. I had a friend in from out of town and we shopped and had dinner. The wine and food were very good, but the service was terrible. Our server introduced herself and said she was training. I am not sure what Znirdstroms training program consists of but she was not ready to take tables by herself. We didn't have enough silverware, no bread plates, didn't ask how food was until halfway through dinner or see if we needed refills on beverages. We sat with dirty dishes on table and waited forever for the check. We spoke to the manager and he said there have been many changes in front and back of restaurant and we suggest our server be given further mentoring before being left on her own. A terrible dining experience!
