Rocky Rococo Pizza and Pasta

There were two Clerk's, and it took me almost 45 minutes just to get a slice of pizza. No napkins after asking twice for them and I thought there procedures of business were awful horrible and terrible. After asking 3 times in napkins I still love with none unbelievable I will not ever return. Then I called to let them know how unhappy I was in the manager said well it gets busy sometimes. There was one car ahead of me also waited, and there were no other people in the inside the restaurant or anywhere they were not busy. They're just unprofessional and I'm concerned. They have no regard for their customers.

Typical Rocky Roccoco. Restaurant is showing wear but food quality remains consistent. Staff not keeping up with cleanliness. Soda machine was grimy. Bathroom better than eating area. Lots on food on the floor.
