Just had a really bad experience with the phlebotomist that was going to draw my mama's blood. She was super rude and wouldn't even answer a single question. She spent her time behind the curtain chit-chatting about the weather instead of taking my mom's blood. Very rude would not recommend Melissa the phlebotomist
