Me and my boyfriend love going to Red Lobster for special occasions. However it might be a while until we go back to this one in Appleton WI. We went there and got seated in a corner and were seated the same time as a couple at the table next to us. By the time the couple next to us got there drinks, food, dessert and boxes and paid and left we still had not gotten someone to our table to get us anything. We kept having people come up and say they would be right with us but nothing... Really wanting our special dinner we decided to wait. Finally after an hour and a half someone came and took our orders. We got our food but no body ever came back for refills or to ask us if we needed anything. By the time we were ready to walk out the doors we had been there for 3 hours. I talked to a manager who felt really bad and offered to give us a gift card hoping we would come back. She said she gave us a $50 gift card. When we went to use it the next time we went we were told there was only $30 on it...Very disappointed in the staff and also the manager. We will probably never go back to the Red Lobster in Appleton WI and will go out of our way to go to another town with one.
