Quality Inn

I will never stay here again. We checked in on Friday night, on what I would assume would be one of their busier weekends of the year as it was UW-Platteville graduation weekend, to find that they were horribly understaffed. There was only one employee who apologized over and over again will she tried to answer the phones and deal with other customers complaints at the same time while we were waiting to check in. Finally got us checked in, went up to our room and to our horror, we discovered that the room had already occupied. Went downstairs again, to wait again to be checked in to a different room. Once we were in the new room, we discovered that there was no towels at all. Called the front desk and was told that there were no clean towels available, but they would bring some up to us as soon as they were ready. At 10 p.m. we were still waiting on towels and had to go downstairs to finally secure some. I complained the next morning and was told that they could do nothing about it as there was still no manager there. There is no excuse for being so shamefully understaffed on what management had to have known was going to be a busy weekend. The only thing that I could recommend is the customers stay far far, away from this "Quality" Inn, the employees quit and find a better job, and that the manager be fired.
