The Plaza Hotel & Suites

We stayed at the Plaza Hotel and Suites this past weekend and had a very comfortable stay. The lady who checked us in was very friendly and it seemed like the hotel was quite busy. We had a room near the pool so great for access. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great as well. For what we paid, this place was outstanding. I would definitely stay here again next time we're in town.

Nice location with good restaurants and convenience stores around. Property is classy and gives a feeling of nice big holiday inns of 70’s. Nice big lobby and waiting area. Rooms are great. Spacious and comfy. Breakfast is delicious and has a lot to offer. It has hot items as well. Wonderful experience with the professional yet friendly staff. Service is fast and accurate. Hotel has pizza and wings in the bar. Bar has several choices of drinks and bartender is good. She plays some nice music and play dice. Bar has game machines inside, those are really good to kill some time. I encountered some nice customers in bar during our stay. Hotel has decent conference rooms and party halls. The room lacks basic amenities so do carry your shaving kit and dental kit. Room has fridge, microwave, hairdresser, complimentary coffee and coffee machine. We stayed 5 days including weekend and hotel is noisy and quite depends when do you stay. Housekeeping did a great job with consistency of performance. Huge area for kids to play and roam around. Pool is heated and gives a wonderful feeling. Pool area is big and nice specially kids pool. Only bad thing is that pool close @ 10pm. Front desk told us it is due to customer reservations staying beside pool area. Front desk helped us with towels, extra blankets, and with some stationary whenever required. Parking area is big and never found issue with parking. Over all very good experience.

What an amazing location and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I wish we could give more than 5 stars. The staff was above and beyond every day of our 3 day stay. The location was great. Close to Trigs and all the good restaurants. Will definitely stay here again. Clean. We arrived early and were able to leave our bags while we went to a doctor before checking in. For a hospital visitor those all things matter. Rooms were very clean and big enough. Same with the bathrooms. It was immaculate and had everything we needed. Great cable channels on TV, a rig with coffee. Our room was being cleaned everyday and it was always nice to come to the hotel from a long day at hospital. My mother can not walk well and they have helped her every possible way. They provided us extra towels whenever required and a small shop @ front desk was helpful for water and soda. Breakfast is good and it is hot. We would rate this hotel at 6/5 on hospitality!
