Put in an order at 11pm. (Within their listed hour). Fast forward 1am rolls around. I got a confirmation email saying it was it had been placed at their address. So I called, and they told me "Maybe the order is lost in cyberspace or up in the air" (What?) at this point I am over the pizza. I just want to make sure I don't get charged. The woman told me "Call the bank in the morning an reverse the transaction". Which is ridiculous. Then the employee said.. "I can't help you. I need to go home. Bye" and hung up.
So if this woman is a representative for Pizza Hut then her message is "I hate my job and I hate you." Stay Classy PH
