Food is always a hit or miss at this location. Most times the black pepper chicken has been sitting way to long under the heat lamps. I've had to return food twice and I hate doing that. Also for some reason they cant figure out they are open until 9pm. I dont know if the employees are just lazy and want to close up early. But what's the point than having your hours open until 9pm. Just close at 8. Pulling up and ordering food st 8 and saying your out of food or won't be making anymore than just close. Management needs to be here until 9pm and monitoring the staff to make sure they are running a business and not a playground. Hopefully corporate looks at the recent reviews because I'm not the only one upset with the quality of the food or them being open and are actually closed.
