Pancake Cafe

We have always had good food and service but today was awful. When we arrived there was one customer ahead of us. We waited 15 to 20 minutes even though there were open tables. They finally seated us and NO-ONE came to offer us water or coffee let alone take our order we waited patiently watching them wait on tables that were seated after us. When the table besides us was seated and waited on long after we were seated we got up and walked out having been there over an hour. The lady at the register was fully aware of how long we had been there she seated us and she stood directly looking at us from behind the register.
