I had Orkin out on Aug. 5 to take care of a millipede problem. The technician sprayed but it seemed to do nothing. On Monday, August 7th I called and they told me to wait a week. By Wednesday, the infestation was getting worse. They told me they could not get some one out until Saturday the 12th. The gave me a window of 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. No one showed!!! Meanwhile the millipedes are overtaking my house. My dogs are tracking them in, I am tracking them in and they just keep coming. Called today 8/14. No apology for the no show and said the soonest they could get someone out is tomorrow. I asked if they were going to show this time? Such poor service and they can not even get the job done. Wish I would have read the reviews before I hired them.
